Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 15 days of delivery for an exchange.You will be issued a credit coupon only for the item(s) you are returning. What are the items/services that I cannot return?
Following are our returns guidelines
- Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief. If these items are returned to Ollobra they will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Gift box charges won't be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you've asked for won't be gift boxed.
- Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
- Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance.The no return policy will be mentioned in the product tab in such cases.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning a purchase for a credit, you are responsible for the return shipping and to ensure that the products reach us in good condition. We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We will then notify you with your coupon code.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise. If you have received a tampered box please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacing the merchandise.
You have delivered a wrong/damaged product to me and I want to return it.
We’re really sorry that we sent a wrong or damaged product to you. We assure you, this rarely happens! Do give us a call on 080-222 555 93, and if we’re able to provide a pick-up service in your area, we will pick-up the product you wish to return and issue a credit coupon to you for the original product that you had ordered. Pick-up will be done in 2-4 working days from the time request for pick-up has been raised.
In case you require a refund, we will process your request once the product has been picked-up by our logistics team and is received at our warehouse.

When a discount voucher is used in a transaction, the value of the discount gets split proportionately across all items on the order, according to value of the items. For example, if you’ve purchased one item worth Rs.300 and one item worth Rs.100, and used a discount voucher of Rs.50, then 75% of the voucher value (Rs 37.5) gets applied to the Rs.300 item, and 25% (Rs12.5) to the item that is Rs.100.
